Each section has an owner
A designated parent (like the Spirit Night Coordinator or a Classroom Parent Rep) owns their section. Families see the role and last-updated date on every section.
Edit, or just send an email
Owners sign in and click Edit section, or email the Parent Org Bot: "Add a spirit night on Nov 17, 5–8 PM."
The bot posts it
The bot checks the email came from that section's approved owner, updates the page, and stamps the date. Each new newsletter is also parsed and its dates added to the calendar for review.

Owners can email changes to parentorg-bot@example.com (placeholder address). Forward each monthly newsletter there too, and its dates and highlights are pulled into the calendar, Newsletter, and classroom pages.
